Using black and white really makes the texture pop out doesn’t it? A fab image dear 🙂

I hadn’t realized how well black and white can showcase a specific part of an image.
I’m so glad tha Sophia started the challenge.
The tree was broken into these parts after a major storm. The beach was very quiet and eerie.

That’s terrific, Isadora – the pared down pallet lends itself so well to the monotone – and the drama of the destroyed tree is highlighted in such a stark and dramatic way. 🙂

A storm came through and left this behind. A powerful vision for photographing.
Glad you liked the black and white effect. Thanks ….

After a storm, i is really peaceful. The waves calm down.
Sometimes, it can be spook since no one is anywhere on the beach.
GLad you liked it, Marina. Thanks ….

This was a tree that was destroyed during a storm last year. This is on the beach where my friend lives.
I thought the effect of black and white gave it a stand out look.
It will be my pleasure to participate everyweek I can.
Hugs,
Issy xoxo
