Cruise Ships that can’t dock near a port provide tender boats to take you to them.

Makes sense that these boats would be used, I had just never thought about it.

I’ve never been on a cruise. Not sure they’re really my thing. But I enjoyed the thoughts.

I have friends who have boats here in Florida. The expense and and maintenance is huge.
I love being on the ocean. A cruise affords that better than owning my own boat.
True cruising isn’t for everyone. It would be equal to me going hiking or mountain climbing. I’m not athletic
so I wouldn’t enjoy it. I’m happy you enjoyed seeing my adventure, Janet. Thank you for always stopping by
and leaving your thought provoking comments. Have a SUPER week …

I’m sure I could manage a little jaunt in one of those 🙂

It’s truly a very small jaunt. Usually about 2 – 5 miles. There’s no time to get comfortable. 😎
There are small boats like this one to take a longer tour. Some cruisers take island tours on sailboats or
party boats which young people tend to enjoy due to a great deal of drinking. My hubby and I enjoy walking or bus tours. Hope your having a restful Sunday. 😎
