Flower Collage

Collage – a combination of things.

Although the French word literally means ‘gluing’, I took the liberty of adding a photograph of these vegetable flowers.

  I went to a vegetable and fruit carving demonstration the day before the scheduled brunch on the cruise ship. It was fascinating to see. The next day at brunch I could see all of the wonferful additional creations. I’m happy you thought my photograph is a work of art. Isadora 😎

  The other shapes are different colored roses from vegetables. The foliage is real vegetable greens like kale. I thought the carrots were fascinating. On this cruise, there was a carving demonstration on fruits and vegetables. A few days later on Sunday morning there was a brunch with these carvings and ice sculptures. It was incredible what they did with food. ~~~ : – ) Imagine being able to play with food? A no-no in my household when I grew up. haha
