My 2017 in Photographs
The idea of picking one or a few photographs to describe 2017 is difficult for me.
Many, many things have happened this year and, of course, because they’re my photographs
I love them all. Here are some that brought a smile to my face by being outstanding.
Emerald Queen
My love of orchids has grown throughout the years.
I started with one and from there it’s grown into a hobby I enjoy immensely.
This photograph is of an exotic orchid exhibited at an orchid show I attended.
Smokey Cafe
Music is big in my household. Jazz, blues, ragtime, classical,
all genre are part of my listening catalog.
Jubilant
I photographed this artwork on the Celebrity Equinox cruise ship.
Cruising is one of my favorite ways to travel. The artwork on all the ships is outstanding.
As an artist, art is always a part of my life. The joy in this photograph is intoxicating.
Lazy Day
This is a favorite photograph because it shows the peaceful relaxing setting I view everyday.
One can become enamored with a lazy day by the pool.
Ripples
In this photograph I was able to capture the ripples of the water
which created movement for the viewer.
The moss on the rock seems to be growing too.
Golden Beach Sunset
This photograph showcases a golden sunset I viewed while at the beach.
To my surprise, when I saw it on my computer, I noticed the bird flying
in the sky. Nature in all aspects going to sleep.
