Oh … I like dark beer although, I don’t mind an ale too. They’re making gluten-free beers. They’re not as sweet. Have a super week, Gilly.

  HA HA HA … I’m not a beer drinker, especailly since I’m gluten intolerant, but the table next to ours had those BIG MUGS and I threw caution to the wind. HA HA HA … sadly, I payed the price but the beer was refreshing and very, very cold. Now … wait until 5 p.m. then you can get your self a cold one. Happy week ….

  It’s a German beer called Hofbrau Monchen. The name is on the coaster. It’s a specialty beer the German restaurant serves. The mugs are freezing and I must admit a bit heavy. The food is traditional and delicious … and … so is the beer. : )

  I captured this photograph with my new IPhone. I usually don’t post phone images but I thought the beer inside the glass fit the challenge so well. I must say … IPHONE cameras are really taking great photographs. The beer was yummy even though I’m not a beer drinker. The mug is ice cold. Beer and German food go so well.       Ummm … beer!!! I’m gluten intolerant. i shouldn’t drink it but there was atble next to us with those giant mugs and I said, ” Ce la vie”. Yes, I padi the price for doing so but it was soooo cold and yummy.
      I don’t use my commuter on the weekend … Have a super week !!!

        Dave, from the bullet proof blog suggested that taking a few capsules of activated charcoal can help – and I know there are many sides to ponder with that – but it eases the absorption and gluten and yeast etc. and I used to still have a reaction from gluten-free beers.–
