A neatly organized fruit stand is an inspiration for my food choices. A basket created by an artists hands is an imaginative inspiration for its uses.People dancing freely at a festival is an inspiration to the joys of movement in dancing.
Performance costumes stimulate my visual inspiration for what the dance recital will be.
Mother Nature’s powerful waves against the terrain bring into being the inspiration of a unique landscape from the strength it has.
A small chapel in Costa Rica brings inspiration for my travels to draw a calm breath during a quick visit while on tour.
Inspiration can come from words too. In this video, the poem by Desiderata – A Life Changing Poem for Hard Times by Max Erhmann an American Writer 1872 – 1945 speaks volumes with his inspirational words.

You see, food can be an inspiration. I need to see food nicely presented when I’m in a restaurant. This sushi was in a restuarant on the cruise ship Celebrity Equinox.
