Lens Artist Photo Challenge – Water
Change what you see, by changing how you see … ©Jonathan Lockwood Huie
A view of the lake from my back porch … a peaceful place to rejuvenate and give thanks …
Cultivate the habit of being Grateful …

For every GOOD thing that comes to you …
And, give THANKS continuously …
For, even the small THINGS …
Water is visibly blue due absorption of light in the region …
I photographed this ocean water being disbursed from the aft of a cruise ship.

Lovely post, Isadora and beautiful photos. I totally agree with your thoughts on gratitude. It enriches our lives and makes us humble, I think. The water in your last photo is so blue!

I never tire of looking out from my lanai. I’m fortunate that the home-design included a covered
roof to prevent sitting in the sun yet I’m still be outside. A gift for me, I tresure everyday.
The day I took the last very, very blue photograph, the sun was shining on the ocean water.
It looked magical. Love your wonderful comments … thank you.

I asked my daughter to do xomething playful and she decided the heart was it.

Terrific response Izzy, loved the view from your porch and that we share a proximity to the beach! Who knew. Part of the fun of being in the south and near the beach is the frequent visits from family who live in colder climes! Glad to see we share that too! Thanks for joining us this week.

It’s a view I enjoy everyday. I have an open-home floor plan that looks out from my living room.
I’m always grateful for the gift of this architectural home. Let’s hope we can begin to enjoy
family and friends visits again real soon. My daughter and grandson haven’t been able to visit
because he’s too young to vaccinate and she works for Albany Hospital in Hospice. She is
limited to travel. Things will get better.
I’m pleased you enjoyed my photographs. I love taking pics of the beach or ocean. It’s ever changing
creating interesting visits in every drop. Thanks for popping by … Isadora 😎

I’m always intrigued when I see my grandson playing at the beach. They come for a visit in the winter since they live in a cold climate(except since COVID).
I took the last photo as a fun photo of what will show up and it turned out to be a pretty good one. Always click, click, click … lol Thanks, Amy. I enjoyed viewing many of the blogs for this challenge. The water photographs are fantastic.

I love your beach images for this challenge Isadora! I’m sure living in Florida beaches are close by and relaxing to photograph. California beaches are more rocky. Take care

I’m only 5 minutes from the beach. LOVE IT and yes, the beaches are different from California. Thanks for visiting and for hosting the challenge.
