Progress or Not: a small sleepy town called Punta Gorda, Florida
begins to see these building construction structures.

The one flight a day airport is now being turned into a full operating airport. How is the owner, Allegiant Airlines, going to accommodate passengers? A hotel and condo project, of course. The public was outraged but out voted.

Due to construction halt during COVID 19, this has been the view for the many who live in the Punta Gorda area. The quiet little town will change, but it’s too late. Industrial Progress won!!!

It has changed so much. I’m considering moving because
it’s beginning to be a mega-city. SAD …

Allegiant serves our community here as well. At least they aren’t setting up their own airport. 🙂
Lots of cranes just sitting there for such a long time.

During COVID everything stopped. They have started up again in the last two weeks. Traffic is brutal and the roads may not have the infrastructure to manage the growth. Let’s hope they doa good job. Thanks, Joh for visiting and commenting.

Usually, I don’t focus on anything insdustrial or mechanical but this new construction near us was fascinating and not common to my area. I’m happy you enjoyed. I’ve been viewing photo’s by others and its intriguing. Have a great week … Isadora 😎
